I 'm finding my dream, but, i have so many dreams, and i want to do many things, sometimes, i act like a very mature lady but, sometimes i act like a babe,

I went back sadly to Yangon at 24th of Sept 2007. That time was very difficult to over come for me. I had nothing except to go back home. Anyway I tried my best to get the job and unfortunately I didn't get it. I need to accept the result and I'll need to try again. I decided to come back Singapore after one month. I tried to pass that one month of jobless period difficulty. Then, I was thinking a lot to come back again and decided hardly to do it again because I was no longer believe my job luck. But, at this time I'm not alone because I brought my sister too. I shared my sister about my job hunting experiences in Singapore. And my sister is easier to get job in there because of her strong drafting experiences. I came back again to Singapore with my sister on the date of third November 2007. My money is not enough for us, as I've only for me. We borrowed some money again from our eldest sister. Our sisters are quite good on us. We have confident to work in Singapore. We two have big duty for our family and relatives. We must get the job as soon as possible then, we have to supply them for their needed whatever necessary for them. I stay at my father's pupil home in Singapore because I need to save the money and my sister stayed in one place where her friend hired for her. I and my sister were searching job with full effort by my first job hunting experiences. We had applied some job before leave to Singapore and we also get some interview appointment. That why, we could go for interview immediately after we arrived Singapore. Luckily, we get the job almost at the same time and s pass application is also approved within 3 day one month after we reached Singapore. I got the production planner job at Prefab Technology Pte Ltd. I never had done like this job before. My sister get designer job at Cad Skill Company. Her salary is higher than me. We are very happy as we are able to send money at the end of the months. I had to try hard and I met a lot of difficulties in my new job as I'm not in good English. I really wanted to go away from the office for the first few months. But, I like the Singapore environment and living standard. I was so happy that I was able to send the money every month to home. I am working in that company for almost one year now and I get the 10th times salary than working in my country, but I'm still not enough as I need to use more than 10th times than I'm staying in my country. So, I'll need to find for better job. And may be I'll try to go more developed country to find money in coming next year. But, I am getting understood about the way of finding job and money for life. I understand that may not end to get the right job and enough money. It is hopefully, I will really understand about really life and I may go back to my country soon and I may live easily and happily with less salary. In fact, I am still need to understand about really life more.

I got the engineering diploma in 2000. I start worked in the construction site at the age of 21. I got the engineering degree in 2004. And I got the engineering master degree in 2006. But, I didn't get the good working experience till 2006. I also want to get the well paid job. I got the good construction site experience at the thai company for the thai embassy project. I got a chance for interview for the well paid job at the Total Myanmar oil company. The company calls me interview for 7 times. I hopped that I can get that job and I tried my best. After I sited the 7th interview, I wait for the next 8th and final interview. But, the company was not contact me for three week. So that I decided to go Singapore. Although I don't have any enough money, I get help from my sisters and relatives and friends. At the date of 18th July 2007, I leave to Singapore to find job. It was very exciting for me. I don't have any friend in Singapore, but I meet my first friend in Singapore, he is Myo Min Aung. He helps me a lot. He teaches me how to go to the city. How to find job in Singapore. I've to thank him always. Although I get the job offers, I was not successful. I worked as a Draftsman at the consultant company for 1 and half month in spite of not valid to work without employment pass. While I'm working in the company, the total Myanmar called me for 8th interview but I could not go for it. I pray hard to approve my several application of work pass. Unfortunately, 4 time application of my employment pass from that company is rejected. After 2 month and 1 week later, I don't get to stay in Singapore any more. So, I tried to leave to Malaysia but my visa application for Malaysia is also rejected because of my rejected work pass. I had only to go back home. And I did not get my full salary also. I get only S$1450 instead of S$2500. I was so sad for it. But that money is just enough to come back again to Singapore. I went back sadly to Yangon at 24th of Sept 2007. That time was very difficult to over come for me.

I am just a planner in Concrete Production Company. But, my manager asked me to do for Quality Control because two Q.C resigned over the past 3 month. I'm doing for two job in one company. One is planner and another is quality control. I've worked for planner about one year. But, I just start for quality control one and half month. The problem is I can't finish my daily job. Everyday I'm not finish my job. I need to work extra time every day. Everybody complain me in office because of incomplete in my duty. I really want to resign. For the planning, I need time to issue the monthly and daily schedule and weekly and monthly report. I can finish only the daily schedule. Then, my project is sometime delay because of insufficient manpower and tight schedule, and that delay one how to arrange without time to thinking. For quality control, I can't check for the every panel in daily inspection because of less time and less experience. And I'm not be able to study the drawing because of insufficient time. I wanna work for extra time everyday but I'm needing time to use with my family (my sisters and my girl friend). Anyway I'll try my best and I need to do so because I don't have any choice. The problem is not only some day but for almost all day. So I need to love the problem to solve. I've only one idea to solve the problem that is to try as all I can do. Then, I need to ignore somecase that I am not able to do one. And try to happy as I can in office.

Today is longer than previous days. I can't wait to leave office. I look at the time almost 10 times but time is going only 20 minute. Time is sometime like that, sometime long and sometime short. How can I do to pass the time faster for 2 hrs. I want to reach 7:00 pm faster. I have date today.

I am not happy today because my manager complained me so many.. I explained that all is not my fault, he know it but he not understand for me. He is sometime like that because he is like me sometime... He is also just a human.. sometime can make for unhappy.... It is sure, he will not do like that every time..

I am just a production planner. I do the plan for production. I issue daily schedule, weekly schedule and monthly schedule also. I order all necessary items for production. I name the dates and arrange for all production. I monitor for the production to meet the clients requested date. My job is very interesting although I was so boring in first few month of my start working as a Production Planner. In fact, this is my first experience for production planning job. I had nearly one year planning experience now so that I also want to plan for my future life. I want to make the schedule for my life. Planning and scheduling is very interesting. I think it is also important for almost everything.

Silence is a source of great strength... I like this description because I don't have any strength to make noise whenever. I like silence most of the time.
