Absolutely.
Unlike many applications on the market that enable various types of communication, VZOchat is not a so-called peer-to-peer network application.
It is a brokered network where dedicated VZOchat servers are responsible for enabling communications between users.
Thus, your PC will never be used as a server or a communication point for other users’ communications. In short, you can rest assured that you are the only one using your computer and your network resources when you are on a video call. The only other communication between your computer and the VZOchat network is to indicate a status change in your PC, such as that it has gone on-line, off-line, busy, etc.
Since the VZOchat network is not a peer-to-peer network, it does not rely on status propagation from one computer to the other.
That means that you always get the latest and most accurate information about the contacts in your Address Book.
